By accessing and using CoderZap ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Use of the Platform

  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use CoderZap.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree not to share your account with others.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on CoderZap — including but not limited to tutorials, code examples, quizzes, videos, graphics, and branding — is the intellectual property of CoderZap or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

You are permitted to use code examples from our tutorials in your personal or commercial projects, provided you do not resell the tutorials themselves.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Free content is available to all users without payment.
  • Pro (₹99/month) and Premium (₹299/month) plans provide additional features.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled.
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable. We recommend using the Free plan to evaluate the platform before upgrading.
  • Exceptions apply only in the case of duplicate charges caused by a payment gateway error.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Upload or share malicious content, spam, or offensive material.
  • Impersonate other users or CoderZap staff.
  • Scrape or copy content from the platform in bulk.
  • Sell, sublicense, or redistribute access to paid features.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

CoderZap is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

6. Limitation of Liability

CoderZap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 3 months.

7. Certificate Disclaimer

Certificates issued by CoderZap are proof of course completion on our platform. They are not government-recognized certifications. Employers may or may not accept them at their discretion.

8. Third-Party Links

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
