Refund Policy

At CoderZap, we keep our subscription prices as low as possible so that every student in India can afford to learn. Because of this low-cost model, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

1. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any subscription plan (Pro or Premium). By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree that the payment is non-refundable.

2. Why No Refunds?

• Our plans are priced at an absolute minimum to remain accessible to all learners.
• All course content and features are available immediately upon subscription activation.
• We provide a Free plan so you can fully evaluate the platform before upgrading.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining period.

4. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate charges caused by a payment gateway error. In such cases, contact us within 7 days of the duplicate transaction.
